A healthy Summer breakfast with Post Great Grains!~Giveaway!

2-bAt Lindsay’s Tea Party, we are always looking for fit & fun recipes for busy Mom’s-on-the-go! Recently, we found Post: Great Grains Banana Nut Crunch! It is so yummy. Personally, we even like it plain around the office just munching on handfuls… but then we made the Great Grains Tropical Crunch Parfait! And friends, the rest is history… we are HOOKED!

Here’s what you need to get started: fresh bananas, chopped pineapple, honey, Greek yogurt, and a small spray of mint leaves.

Prep time: 5 min

Total time: 10 min

Makes: 1 serving

Ingredients:

3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

1 medium banana, sliced

3 oz fresh pineapple chunks

1/2 cup Great Grains Banana Nut Crunch cereal

1 tsp. honey

Directions:

1. Slice banana and chop pineapple chunks. Place in bowl and put to side.

2. Spoon 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt into parfait glass. Add first layer of banana and pineapple mix, followed by 1/4 cup Great Grains Banana Nut Crunch Cereal. Repeat process.

3. Top with honey drizzle and a dollop of vanilla Greek yogurt. Garnish with a mint leaf sprig.
