Is your skin Summer ready???? {SPA TREATMENT GIVEAWAY}

I personally had never tried “Microdermabrasion treatment” before and let me tell you my face is hooked!! So I signed up for a specialized facial (determined by skin type) then added the Microderm procedure as well as some soothing masks and cleaners! The Microderm is not what I expected. I thought it was rough and abrasive. It was not. With just a twinge of a buffing like feeling, the dead skin is smoothed away from your skin and dermis layer is stimulated to produce more collagen. Karen (the therapist) explained to me that collagen is diminished as we age and it is what helps to keep our skin looking youthful and radiant! The facial also included a luxurious neck, shoulder and arm massage. I could have fallen into a deep sleep! The sounds of the trickling waterfall, the serene classical music, the ceiling fan and warm summer air, the smell of papaya extracts..ahh I want to go back!!

After my treatments, I left wondering what my face would look like, could I really see a noticeable difference? It felt clean, refreshed, and hydrated but would I be able to see it for myself? Well, the next morning I woke up, washed my face normally and looked in the mirror. My cheeks and my forehead were so smooth, so soft, it appeared a layer of roughness was removed from my face! I felt like I looked more well rested, I felt smooth and even, I felt like old acne and old scars were lighter and softer. My skin had a vibrant glow!! I REALLY noticed a difference. Most people get these treatments every 4 to 6 weeks she said. I am a believer!!
